Repair un-galvanized surfaces
Cutting and welding cause the peeling of zinc coating on steel substrates.
This is the introduction of how to prevent rust occurring in those cases.
Repair of cut profile
1. Cut a grating.
2. Apply ROVAL product on cut profile.
3. Application completed.
Repair of weldment
1. Cut a grating diagonally.
2. Weld prepared bar to the cut profile.
3. Remove spatters with a jet chisel.
4. Prepare welded surfaces with a disc sander.
5. Apply ROVAL to weldments and the bar.
6. Complete
